We updated our previous post to reflect this information, but this good news is worthy of its own post. The state Supreme Court issued stay last night. The NMED Hearing Officer disqualified himself after claims of bias filed against him. For the short term, this means that the public meeting in Santa Teresa scheduled for September 14 is expected to be postponed.
