There will be an attempt by Governor Luján Grisham to get a Strategic Water Supply Act passed in 2025. This is being touted as a way to save fresh water resources. It appears that tens of millions of taxpayer dollars would be used to expand re-use of water contaminated by oil and gas industrial operations.
